Recipe:
- For the bottom layer I used the action “Rusty Cage”. It is set to “Pass Through” with an opacity of 58%
- Next Layer I used action “EZ-Burn”. It is set to “Linear Burn” with an opacity of 60%
- The next layer is a Levels Adjustment layer which I used to increase the drama the image casts
- Then the top layer is an frame I like to use which is set to “Multiply”.

Thanks everyone! The border is a TTV pattern that I overlayed in photoshop. You can find plenty of them on Flickr.
