The final effect, as with all other recipes, looks amazing, yet all these examples have the same problem: there are a few generic steps (like the “Misc beauty retouching” here or “lightroom adjustments” on other pictures) that alter the before and after contrast.
We don’t actually know how the picture looked before applying the actions, seeing the picture as it were just before applying the actions and not straight from the camera would have been much more helpful.
Or, even better, three images: straight from camera, generic adjustment and post TRA.

Hey Marcello,
I agree with you on those points, however, this is all community-contributed content, and some people just submitted recipes that included somewhat nebulous steps. I chose to include them here because they are still useful as examples, even with a missing piece of the puzzle, but I agree that they would be improved by a 100% complete description of all the steps, perhaps with intermediate photos.
As it is, we’ll all just have to deal with a little mystery
In the case of this photo, I’m pretty sure the retouching that’s referred to is just a little bit of skin smoothing and a little bit of liquefying, but I wasn’t 100% sure that CA used Pro Retouch, so I didn’t take liberties with that. The overall “look” of the photo should be accurately reflected by the recipe, and that’s what counts

Marcello,
The before image you see is straight from the camera. If you look closely you will see a bit of slimming in her left arm, a push in on her lower back, the removal of the bruise on her leg. Then there is also lightening and smoothing of the shadows on the floor. I use liquify to do the arm and back, the patch tool for the bruise. A combo of dodging and the patch tool on the shadows.
Then I use a variety of methods included on the face including Pro Retouch.
I hope that clears things up a bit better.
