What does mobile photography mean to you?

Mobile photography has changed the game for me. As a professional wedding and portrait photographer, I understand the necessity of having great equipment, but being able to take a picture of those day to day moments that are so precious and inspiring without lugging around all your gear is ideal. It has widened my sources of inspiration substantially, as well as provided new outlets of creativity, on general terms, which in turn has stepped up my professional photography. Seeing God’s beauty in the everyday tasks and moments and being able to capture that grants a whole new level of creative expression for me as a photographer.

What is your favorite PicTapGo feature?

I have to say, Brightside is my jam. I pretty much use it on every photo. The best thing about the app is it has the layers element of Photoshop, only a more user-friendly mobile version. Even with limited pixels the layers rarely ever comprise the quality of the photo. Also, when noise is inevitable, throw Salt + Pepper on it and you’re good to go.
